Internal Quality Audits -IQA (Planning, Conduct, Reporting and Follow-up)

Yearly Audit Schedule as per defined frequency prepared by Dir QEC and approved by Vice Chancellor.
Audit Plan is prepared by Dir QEC and approved by Vice Chancellor is distributed to auditees one week prior to scheduled audit.
After completion of audit, an Audit Report developed by Dir QEC forwarded as an agenda item for upcoming BOR (UL) meeting.
Dir QEC initiates CMAR form to concerned department for corrective / mitigation actions against non-compliance.
Follow-up audit conducted right after the due date to check implementation of corrective action.
