Self-Review of Institutional Performance Evaluation 2021
The Self- IPE (Institutional Performance Evaluation) Review Visit was carried out on 26th May, 2021 at NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi. During the COVID Pandemic and while observing social distancing, all SOPs and other precautionary measures including wearing face masks, sanitising hands etc were strictly followed.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaque Mahar, Director QEC, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur was kind enough to spare time and participated in this visit as an External Member. Prof. Dr. Sarosh Hashmat Lodi, Vice Chancellor, NED University of Engineering & Technology has presided over the Review visit. Amongst other participants were Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tufail, Pro-Vice Chancellor, all Deans, Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Prof. Dr. Asif Ahmed Shaikh, Director QEC and Dean, Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering.
A detailed briefing on power point was carried out by Dr. Muhammad Wasif, Deputy Director, QEC. Dr. Razzaque Mahar pointed out the improvements and provided his recommendations for the improvement of higher education quality. He also appreciated the actions taken by the university to transform towards online teaching and customer feedback.
