1.. Timely conduct of Online Feedback Surveys of all academic programs (i.e. at end of every semester) followed by measuring and reporting level of customers’ satisfaction through feedback surveys. Total number of surveys = No. of programmes offered at the University
2. Timely conduct and follow-up of Surveillance and Internal Audits (number of non-conformities resolved by target dates vs. number of observations detected)
3 Timely conduct of the Board of Review (BOR) Meetings (i.e. BOR-UL bi-annually and BOR-DL on quarterly basis).
4. Timely resolution of customer complaints (complaints resolved vs received).
5. Timely preparation of the Yearly Progress Reports (YPRs).
6 Timely preparation and approval the Annual Training Plan (by end of June every year) and compliance to the plan (planned trainings vs. conducted trainings).
7. Timely conduct of training as per plan (i.e. conducted trainings vs. planned trainings).
8. Timely Self-Assessment of all Academic Programs which are not accredited by any Accreditation Council (i.e. after every two years).
9. Timely compliance to the HEC directives regarding the Self and HEC Review of Master’s and PhD Programs.
10. Timely compliance to the HEC directives regarding the Self and HEC Visits for the Review of Institutional Performance and Enhancement (RIPE).
