Self-Review Visit of Masters and PhD Programmes - 2022
| The Self-Review Visit of Masters and PhD Programmes was carried out on 1st April, 2022 at NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi. The Review Panel (RP) was comprised of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tufail (Pro Vice Chancellor) as Convener, Mr. Muizz Alam Khan (Director QEC), Iqra University as Co-convener. Auditee team comprised of Prof. Dr. Asif Ahmed Shaikh (Director QEC and Dean CPE), Dr. Faaz Ahmed Butt (Dy. Director QEC II) and Mr. Shahid Safi (Dy. Registrar Statistics). Auditing teams include Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Iqbal (Dean MME), Prof. Dr. Mubassir Ali Siddiqui (Chairman, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Secretary AS&RB), Prof. Dr. Atta Ullah Khawaja (Chairman, Department of Electrical Engineering), Dr. Muhammad Wasif (Dy. Director QEC I), Syed Muham mad Tariq (Dy. Registrar Academic) and Mr. Irfan Ali (Dy. Registrar Academic). Dr. Muhammad Wasif (Dy. Director QEC-I) briefed the presentation and explained the status of NOC of Masters and PhD Programmes in detail. The Review Panels reviewed the available data/ documents. Interactive sessions were also held with M. Engg/ MS/ MEM/ PhD students and Supervisors/ Faculty members; followed by visits of laboratories, libraries and classrooms of various departments. Mr. Muizz Alam Khan appreciated the efforts of the Quality Enhancement Cell towards assurance of quality education. |
